Kerry Hitchcock has a long history and extensive hands on experience in a variety of fields, from Property and Funds Management to agency marketing, asset management and the development of property from residential and commercial through to retail and student accommodation.
Highly regarded for his comprehensive knowledge throughout these industries Kerry is the Licensee for Vantage Realty. His added governance as the former Managing Director of publicly listed property company NPT Ltd. he also holds directorships with Tamaki Regeneration, Port Marlborough New Zealand Ltd, Northcote Road 1 Holdings Limited (Smales Farm) and Charta Funds Management Ltd.
Kerry has been involved in the property sector since 1983, is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors with degrees in Accounting and Law and is a Licensee Agent.
